Dr. He graduated from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, Dept of Medicine in 1982, combining medical program including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Taiji, Qigong, and modern Western Medicine,

     Dr. He was a Fellow working at the world-known hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Science Medical Center, ranking number one in China in 1990-1992; Dr. He was a research fellow working at University of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, ranking number one in U.S. in 1995. Dr. He was a Neurology Post Doctor at University of Miami from 1996-2000.
     Dr. He is the one of the first Acupuncture Physician to treat patients in the hospital ICU (Cedars Hospital-University of Miami Hospital) in American medical history.

     Dr. He has a reputation for his best-in-class practices in performing Acupuncture; He has serviced south Florida patients since 1993.

     Dr. He invented the medical instrument in 1990, and published lots of papers in International & U.S. Medical Science Journal, and professional Medical Conference, etc.
